Vivus – Making the online loan application process more user friendly

[ PROJECT SUMMARY ] Vivus is a well-known online loans platform that’s been serving the Polish market since 2012. They asked us for help optimising their online credit form – and we duly obliged. We led a UX and analytics audit, as well as in-depth interviews, before proposing a set of new design concepts.
