[ PROJECT SUMMARY ]After revamping KFC’s online sales platform, the next step was to launch a data-driven optimisation process. We developed a strategy and set up the right analytics tools. And we gave KFC the power to run conversion optimisation and A/B testing, to improve the user experience even further.
