Digital is transforming the public sector across the globe. Government services are increasingly moving online. And as the use of mobile and other devices increases, so too do citizens’ expectations around user experience and digital functionality when accessing essential services.
At Flying Bisons, we understand the need for constant innovation in the delivery of government services. And it’s one of the reasons we were chosen to redesign the digital platform for Saudi Arabia’s labour market.
Our work involved spending a week in Riyadh, where we led a series of exploratory interviews with users and businesses. And we used the insights we gathered to completely re-think how users experience our client’s platform. We’ve also worked with the Polish Football Association, who hired us to design a public video library and a new internal system.
