Value Proposition

The value proposition workshop aims to determine how the designed product will respond to the user's needs. One of the tools used for this purpose are personas or user archetypes. Thanks to the information about what personas do, what are their problems and what they want, you can design specific solutions that will suit them. TDuring the value proposition workshop, a list of personas needs, problems and potential solutions that the product can offer is created. These solutions can be divided into pain relief and user problems solving, as well as creating additional benefits for them. TAfter gathering all the information, the value proposition workshop should end with a description of how our product responds to the user's needs. The advantage of this approach is focusing on offering users a specific value, without the need for creating a detailed business model.
