Stakeholder Workshops

The aim of Stakeholder's Workshops organized in the strategic phase is to gather information and define priorities in the project. These workshops are preceded by elements of the discovery phase, such as preparation of a report, based on data collected in Google Analytics and Fullstory, execution of desk research or conducting interviews with stakeholders. All stakeholders should take part in the Stakeholders Workshops, and during their duration, it is worth to determine how the created project should fit into the company's goals. During the workshops, it is worth to use a number of tools to help you acquire and structure the information you need. Tools used during Stakeholder's Workshops include value proposition canvas (defining benefits and ways of solving problems affecting users), 5 bold steps (setting the vision and steps to implement it), business model canvas (visualizing the business environment of the created project) or lean canvas.
