In-depth Interviews

IDI is one of the most valuable methods for exploratory user research. The goal is to understand the individual thinking process and to be able to empathize and understand them. The advantage of the IDI a fact that it’s one of the best research methods of understanding user ’s impressions about the product. The data we collect is qualitative, which means that we can have a clear and vivid picture of the users’ opinion. The outcome is a report that gathers qualitative data and the summary after interviews.
