Google Design Sprint

An effective tool in designing is the so-called Google design sprint, i.e. framework used for fast and cheap validation of hypotheses. The authors of this solution used Google Ventures to help young technology companies build better products. The use of Google Design Sprint consists of the following steps:
Understand - finding and understanding the problem
Define - determination of potential solutions to the problem
Sketch - visualization of problem solutions
Decide - choosing one solution to the problem on which is worth working on Prototype - preparing a realistic prototype that can be tested with users
Validate - Validation of the hypothesis chosen at the beginning of Google Design Sprint, based on the results of the tests with users
